Week 2 Weigh-in

Well, I knew it wasn't the best week. I knew I wasn't going to lose a lot because of the stress and how tired I felt most of the week. I tried to track everything, but I know I didn't. I lost .2 this week. So basically a maintain! That's fine with me. I just really didn't want to gain anything.

I'm also starting to get back into my exercise routine. I ran on Monday and went to Crossfit yesterday. I was planning on running again today, but I am feeling a bit sore from yesterday's workout. I'm sure I'll talk myself into going eventually. Partly because I know it won't be that bad and partly because I want to stick to my training schedule.

This next week will be a challenge, just like it will be for everyone else. I have a Christmas party Thursday night, then Christmas, then a family gathering the day after Christmas. My plan is to track everything and get in lots of exercise! I'll be happy if I maintain next week. But a small loss would be great too.
