Here are the goals I hope to accomplish next year. A little early to post them, but I'm in that first week I'm really inspired mood. I need to take advantage of it!
1. Lose 45 pounds. This averages out to 3.75 pounds a month. That's doable.
2. Add running to my exercise routine. I recently realized that I had difficulty sticking with running before because the only running I did was on the treadmill. I've ran outside a few times this year and realized I enjoy it so much more.
3. Try at least 3 new recipes a month.
4. Run a race. My husband is planning on running a marathon next year. I'm not planning on that just yet (or maybe ever) but starting with a 5K is a good place.
5. Continue Crossfit at least 2 days a week. I'm in between jobs right now. I have a feeling once I start a typical 8-5 job again, attending Crossfit daily will be difficult for me. I'd like to make it at least twice a week.
6. Last of all, stay committed. I talked a few days ago about how I need to be 100% focused again. I think working towards various goals will help me stay at or near 100%.
