I'm posting quickly tonight because I need to go get ready for our dance class. How I'm going to be able to practice for an hour is beyond me right now. I went to another crossfit class today and nearly every muscle in my body hurts right now.
I lost 2 pounds this week. I'm at 7 pounds lost which is a milestone for me in two ways. I'm now the lowest I've weight since the beginning of the year and I'm no longer jumping around a maintaining weight. I hope that part makes sense. Basically I think of maintaining weight as being in a 3-4 pound range. Now that I've broken through that barrier, I feel like I'm really losing weight. The scale is reflecting the changes I'm making. It's not just a fluke that it's 1 or 2 pounds less.
I have another big milestone to get to, so I'll be changing my ticker to works towards that goal. I'll even share with specifics when I get there. I've always been hesitant to post my weight on here, but after years of reading weight loss and health blogs, I've finally realized it doesn't make a difference. There's no need to keep it private. No one is going to judge me for it. I don't judge others when they post their weight. In fact, I admire them for being so honest!
